Parental leave

We want to enable our people to perform at their best, and that means supporting them through different stages of life. 

Halma supports parents globally with a gender-neutral parental leave policy offering 14 weeks of paid leave to care for and bond with a new child. 

Open to all our 7,000+ employees in 20+ countries, the policy covers births, surrogacy or adoptions and applies to men and women regardless of their sexual orientation (where allowed by law), or the market in which they live or work.

This is one of the many ways we are fulfilling our commitments towards creating a more diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace.
